Shipping Information

All items that are in-stock will take anywhere from 4-12 Days for Ground delivery. We stock from 2 warehouses so there is no way to confirm which location the items will be shipped from. All other items are considered Special Order, and can take anywhere from 3-8 Weeks, as they are usually shipped from Japan. We are not responsible for delays with shipping companies or the manufactures. We are only responsible on our end when we have product in our hands.

Refund, Return, Cancellation Policies

On products that are special ordered and shipped from Japan, There is no Refunds, Returns, Or Cancellations. We will honor exchanges and/or refunds of In-Stock items purchased.
