Shipping Information

All items that are in-stock will take anywhere from 4-6 Days for Ground delivery. We stock from 2 warehouses so there is no way to confirm which location the items will be shipped from. All other items are considered Special Order from Japan, and can take anywhere from 2-4 Weeks, as they are usually shipped from Japan. We are not responsible for delays with shipping companies or the manufactures. We are only responsible on our end when we have product in our hands.

Refund, Return, Cancellation Policies

On products that are special ordered and shipped from Japan, there is no refunds, returns, or cancellations. We will honor exchanges and/or refunds of In-Stock items purchased. Refunds will ONLY be given in a situation where a suitable replacement for defective item cannot be found. All other returns will be given exact item exchange unless authorized by the owner. Exchanges must be within the first 14 days of the transaction. For return exchanges, the buyer must return the defective product to our store within the 14 day period, and after receiving the faulty product, we will ship out a product replacement (if can be found).
